Bitbisa Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Bitbisa platform ("we", "Bitbisa") and its users ("you", "Member"). This agreement applies to the Bitbisa website, mobile application, and all related services.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers collectively to the Bitbisa website (bitbisa.net) and its mobile app.
• "Member" Refers to any individual who has registered with or is using the services of Bitbisa.
• "Bet" Refers to funds placed on any game or event on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" Refers to promotional credits that can be used subject to specific conditions.

Bitbisa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Bitbisa and use our services, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be at least 18 years Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately, and deposited funds will be held pending verification before any refund is processed.
2. Only One One account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
3. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Bitbisa reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
4. Bitbisa may place withdrawals on hold until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on Bitbisa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. For bank transfers, ৳5,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Up to ৳50,000 for standard members.
• Withdrawal requests are typically Within 30 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name.
• Bitbisa does not charge any transaction fees. However, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Bitbisa offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members once only.
• Before withdrawing from your bonus balance, the specified Wagering Requirements Must be met (typically 15x–30x).
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified period. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the specific offer.
• Bitbisa reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be placed under review and the bonus may be forfeited.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting and playing games on Bitbisa:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific cash-out option is available.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Bitbisa will review the system logs to determine the outcome.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with support within 72 hours of the result being published.

06 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bitbisa platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Using another person's ID or payment method.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to bet or play games.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to Bitbisa's systems.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Submitting false information to claim a withdrawal.

07 Account Closure, Suspension & Recovery

Bitbisa may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the account holder's request (voluntary closure).
• Due to extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Your balance will be verified before account closure. Any valid balance will be returned after identity verification. Bonus balance is generally non-refundable.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Once closed, you will need to wait 30 days before the account can be reopened.

08 Limitation of Liability

Bitbisa is not liable for the following:

• Bets or games interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Technical issues caused by your device or browser.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party (e.g., if your password was compromised due to your own negligence).

Under any circumstances, Bitbisa's maximum liability is limited to the real balance held in your account.

09 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bitbisa believes that entertainment should be safe and responsible. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Time Limit: Set limits on continuous play sessions.
• Take a Break: You may temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself.

10 Terms Changes & Contact

Bitbisa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:
